This week’s What I Ate Wednesday is composed of a phone photo dump rom the past few days!
First up, Olive Garden photos from Saturday night:
We started out with their Lasagna Fritta appetizer. This is one of my favorite things ever. I also had soup, salad and breadsticks, before we ended with coffee. I had a delicious caramel hazelnut latte that came with a biscotti. Made me think of Hollie
.
Sunday started off with eggs and turkey bacon courtesy of Travis.
And dinner was pizza and wings. Which totally hit the spot.
Monday consisted of a lot of berry/chocolate combos:
Above is frozen banana blended with mixed berries and chocolate chips.
And a few non-phone pictures while I’m at it. In fact, I have a recipe for ya!
Another crock pot win!
Throw chicken, a cup of water, onion soup mix packet, and some garlic salt into the crock pot for 6-8 hours on low, shred with two forks, and enjoy!
Pair it with some mashed cauliflower (based on Erica’s recipe), and enjoy. And then go back for seconds, just like I did. Juicy and tasty!
Another WIAW thanks to Jenn, and another recipe to add to the Crock Pot Challenge, thanks to Julie! ![]()

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Yummm pizza, coffee with a pile of whipped cream? You’re eating all my favorite stuff!! Love me some olive garden. I could eat an entire basket of breadsticks myself. Oh wait… I have.

Seriously, I was kind of happy she forgot to bring us a second basket of breadsticks because there would have been NO controlling me.
Soup, salad, and breadsticks from Olive Garden is the best! I love their minestrone!

So. Good.
I love meals from the crockpot, but I don’t really care for the pulled pork shredded chicken. I wonder if there is a way to make it not so.
I love Olive Garden soup and salad. We need to go back soon!
mashed cauliflower? sounds good. I have yet to try those Chobani bites.

They’re super tasty!!!!! I ended up finding them at walmart of all places!
Oh man. That coffee. It looks fantastic.
LOVE the crockpot recipes. My favorite is throwing in a can of rotel diced tomato with jalepenos and a jar of salsa then let it sit in there with the chicken and once the chicken is done cooking shred it. It’s fantastic. But I don’t think I’ve ever had a mediocre crockpot meal!

Ohhh that sounds tasty
Hooray for the cauliflower!
I was never a fan of cauliflower when I was younger but it’s definitely growing on me!

I actually don’t really like it that much, but I’ve been trying to make it different ways to see if it will grow on me!
Olive Garden is my favorite thing ever! I never get it because there aren’t any in Chicago city limits, so i have to go on a pilgrimage to the suburbs to get it…

gingerfoxxx recently posted…Waaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
TOTALLY worth the pilgrimage I’m sure
I really want to try those chobani bites! I need to get my hands on some!
I haven’t been to Olive Garden in forever. I miss the salad and breadsticks…. Okay, mostly the breadsticks.

Soooooo good!
You can take photos with real cameras now? Sometimes I forget that being the iphone person I am. You understand coffee like I do. You complete me. That is all.

It was seriously amazing coffee. Like caramel drizzles. YES.
I find that it’s so much easier/less time consuming to take food photos on my phone – with a proper camera is just a hassle!

It is sooo good! I would try to make it at home, but that might just turn dangerous and be my everyday meal hehe
