This week’s What I Ate Wednesday is composed of a phone photo dump rom the past few days!
First up, Olive Garden photos from Saturday night:
We started out with their Lasagna Fritta appetizer. This is one of my favorite things ever. I also had soup, salad and breadsticks, before we ended with coffee. I had a delicious caramel hazelnut latte that came with a biscotti. Made me think of Hollie .
Sunday started off with eggs and turkey bacon courtesy of Travis.
And dinner was pizza and wings. Which totally hit the spot.
Monday consisted of a lot of berry/chocolate combos:
Above is frozen banana blended with mixed berries and chocolate chips.
And a few non-phone pictures while I’m at it. In fact, I have a recipe for ya!
Another crock pot win!
Throw chicken, a cup of water, onion soup mix packet, and some garlic salt into the crock pot for 6-8 hours on low, shred with two forks, and enjoy!
Pair it with some mashed cauliflower (based on Erica’s recipe), and enjoy. And then go back for seconds, just like I did. Juicy and tasty!
