I think I failed to mention it, but Travis and I are on the weight loss train. Full force until we hit the station. The wedding, that is.
Yesterday was our 1 week weigh-in. I was down 2.6 pounds! Wahoo. Still up 2 pounds from the beginning of summer, though. Slow but steady from this point on. Diet and exercise is the name of the game.
And here are some things that have been fueling my workouts lately:

This might very well be ones of the best bars I’ve ever had. It was crispy and chewy and totally delicious.
I will have to admit that I was not a fan of the Chia Bar. Something about it was strange.
I still have those three things to try. I most likely will give the jerky to Travis as I am not a fan.
