WIAW: Clean Eating Begins

I’m been trying to stick to my “as close to clean eating as possible” rule lately, and this is what I’ve come up with.

Chicken and mashed cauliflower:

Salsa chicken in a baked sweet potato:

Lots of eggs.  Lots of chicken.  Also, eggs stuffed with chicken:

Oh, look! More chicken! Thanks, Panera.  BBQ Chicken salad is the best Smile:

Amazing/extremely addictive gingerbread granola, courtesy of the wonderful Allie!  Seriously makes me want to eat yogurt at all times of the day.  Yogurt + gingerbread = perfection! Check out her shop on Etsy Smile:

Tina’s 2 ingredient pancakes are not very photogenic when it’s 6 a.m. and –10 wind chill…made better with peanut butter though Smile:

Plain Chobani + chocolate stevia drops + Andes mint chocolate pieces = perfection:

All pretty tasty to me! If you couldn’t tell, I really like chicken Smile To check out some other eats, head to WIAW on Jenn’s blog!

If you could eat anything in the world right now, what would you have? I’d go for pumpkin cheesecake.  Or baked potato soup. Mmmmm….

  7. It’s great that you’re eating healthy and trying to get in better shape…but you don’t have to eat clean all the time. Hopefully sometime this week I’ll be able to post about “if it fits your macros”, which is a great alternative and still allows you to eat the foods you love. It’s definitely not for everyone, but it’s an option you should check it out!

  8. Looks like you are doing a great job sticking to your clean eating plan. Everything looks delicious and healthy (with a bit of sweet added here and there!) Great day of eats!

  10. Chicken has been my #1 food aversion this pregnancy. Now that I’m getting farther along, I can handle it shredded or in something, but still not a fan of a giant piece just sitting on my plate. The salsa chicken topped baked potato? Damn, that sounds amazing right now!!

  15. I love chicken too! Probably because it’s basically the only meat I eat (that and turkey).

All of that looks delicious, and I agree the BBQ Chicken salad from Panera is delicious!
